At TeakTurtle.com, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to detail in design, materials, and construction is always forefront. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us at 866-747-8327 within 7 days.
All items carry a 14 day money back guarantee. If for what ever reason you are not totally satisfied with your merchandise, just ship it back and we will credit your account. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you would like to return your furniture after these 14 days we will charge a 15% restocking fee. After 1 month you cannot return your furniture and the sale becomes final.
Orders can be cancelled before items are shipped. If an order is cancelled after we shipped it, we will deduct all incurred shipping costs (both ways) from the refund.
We will charge local sales tax for customers in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida since we operate retail locations in these states.
